ARS INDUSTRIES is a company whose main shareholder is SCHRAUBENWERK ZERBST since January 2018.

Existing for more than 160 years, the site has undergone many industrial changes and specialized in bolt manufacture since the beginning of the 20th century.

Known worldwide as the “Forges et Boulonneries d’Ars Sur Moselle”, before being integrated into large industrial groups, ARS INDUSTRIES has refocused on the rail sector since 2003.

Today, it is a key player in railway screw fastenings and its knowledge is recognized by all the major rail networks. Historical partner of SNCF, RATP and Eurotunnel, the site has diversified its offers to turn to the international market.

The factory workshops produce safety-related components which are integrated into large projects such as high-speed lines, metros, trams, private lines like Eurotunnel, but also for small tourist trains.

Among all its projects, we can mention the tramways of Bordeaux, Grenoble, Toulouse, but also those of Nottingham. The subways of Paris, of course, but also those of Santiago de Chile, Riyadh, Montreal…

All products are entirely manufactured in our Ars sur Moselle site, according to precise quality criteria.

The company has an automated machine park allowing it to have a production capacity of 15 million parts and  200 tonnes of sealing resins annually.

The synergy of purchases and technical division with SCHRAUBENWERK ZERBST allows us to produce a wide range of screwed parts from class 4.6 to 10.9.

A privileged partnership with specialists in the fields of heat treatment and anti-corrosion protective coating, allows us to meet the specific needs of our customers.
